1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Verey Web Development website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
Verey Web Development provides custom website design and development services for small businesses. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Project Agreements
Each project requires a separate written agreement specifying:
- Project scope and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment terms and schedule
- Revision policies
- Intellectual property rights
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit required to commence work
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- Payment methods: Bank transfer or agreed alternatives
- Late payments may incur interest charges
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- Client receives full ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project
- We retain rights to our proprietary frameworks and reusable components
- Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their original licenses
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
6. Revisions and Changes
Standard projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges. Major scope changes may require a project amendment.
7. Project Timelines
We strive to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by client (content delays, feedback delays) may extend timelines. Force majeure events excuse performance delays.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Client pays for work completed to date. Deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We do not guarantee specific business results from websites.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or UK courts.
